Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details where available.

Delivery times can vary depending on the delivery option selected at checkout and the courier service used. Please allow additional time during weekends, bank holidays, busy periods or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Queen Barbie Tanning cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is handled by them. However, if you have an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or being uncollected, you may be required to pay an additional delivery charge before it can be sent again.
