By placing an order with Queen Barbie Tanning, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including where there is an error with pricing, stock or product information.

Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at checkout before your order is processed. We may change prices or product information at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

Products

We aim to make all product descriptions, images and colours as accurate as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Please read all product descriptions and instructions carefully before use. Results may vary between individuals.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, location, bank holidays or circumstances outside of our control. Queen Barbie Tanning is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier once your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, sealed tanning products cannot be returned once they have been opened or unsealed.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Liability

Queen Barbie Tanning is not liable for any reaction, irritation or adverse result caused by misuse of a product or failure to follow the product instructions. Always check ingredients before use and stop using the product if irritation occurs.

Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, images, product descriptions and content on this website belong to Queen Barbie Tanning and may not be copied, used or reproduced without permission.

We may update these terms and conditions at any time. The version shown on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
